We check printability before production. If you need design help, send us your logo and requirements; simple design work is usually free, while complex work may require a quote. Production starts after your approval.
Production and delivery time is usually 7–15 business days.
Returns are generally excluded for individually made products; statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in the event of defects.
